What data we collect

When you use our contact form we collect the name, email, company and message you provide. When you request a technical datasheet we collect your email and, optionally, your company. Our server and analytics tools also record standard technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages visited.

Why we use it, and on what basis

We use your data to respond to your enquiry, to deliver the materials you request, to understand and improve how the site is used, and to meet legal obligations. The legal basis is your consent where you give it, and our legitimate interest in operating and improving our business where that applies.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers that help us run the site and our business, such as hosting, email and analytics providers, and only to the extent needed. Providers may process data outside Switzerland or the EU under appropriate safeguards.

How long we keep it

We keep your data only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected for, or as required by law, and then delete or anonymise it.

Your rights
