Does this actually work in my building?
Yes, and we prove it in yours specifically. We measure your air in colony-forming units per cubic metre (CFU/m3), treat it at the source, then re-test and lab-certify the result. You see the numbers for your own building, not an industry average.
Will there be downtime or construction?
No. Fitting IN-EX to a fan-coil takes about 20 minutes with no pressure loss, and standalone units simply plug in. No shutdown, no rebuild, no half-a-million-euro overhaul. You keep operating the whole time.
How quickly do we see results?
In our flagship case, airborne microbial load dropped 70 to 91% within one week of treatment. Timelines vary by building, which is exactly why we measure before and after rather than promise a number.
How do you prove the result?
With an independent, GMP-certified laboratory. Reductions are certified by a third party, so the evidence is defensible. Our word is not the proof; the lab report is.
What does it cost?
It depends on your building, the technologies it needs and the scope. We scope it on a short call and price to the outcome, not by the hour. In most cases it is a fraction of a full HVAC overhaul. Ask for a quote and we will be specific.
Is it safe and chemical-free?
Yes. IN-EX is a medical-grade technology embedded in the filter media, and our odour treatment uses UV-V rather than chemicals or fragrance. Nothing is sprayed into your air.

Colony-forming units per cubic metre: the standard, lab-verifiable unit for how much is actually living in your air. It turns a vague feeling into a number you can act on, benchmark and prove you improved.
Do you work with our existing HVAC?
Yes. IN-EX is designed to retrofit onto the equipment you already have. Where there is no central air handling, we bring standalone units. We fit around your setup, not the other way around.
